TE NGIRA TRANSPORT
Working with Auckland Council and Hāpai Te Hauora, we produced a short film and allied social media campaign for the Te Ngira initiative. The campaign was aimed at getting rangatahi (youth) feedback on the Auckland Council's Transport Consultation, which was open in early May 2018.
It was important for us to include the authentic voice of the community we were engaging, so we facilitated a rangatahi co-design hui for youth to share their ideas and their desires for the future of transport in Tāmaki Makaurau.
Beyond the initial hui, we engaged the rōpu (group) through social media, to ultimately come up with this spoken word concept that conveyed some of the deeper threads woven into their kōrero (discussion). We employed one of the rangatahi from the rōpu, Tangihaere Gardiner, as our talent for the film, and continued to engage the group after the launch of the film and social media campaign.
The success of this campaign on a tight two-week turn around highlights the value in bringing our communities along with us in all the mahi that we do.
RockEnrol focuses on building and activating political power for young people in Aotearoa New Zealand. We produced a series of short films for their social media campaign that encouraged voters to "Vote for te reo" in the 2017 New Zealand General Election.
These films featured a number of young wāhine Māori who shared stories of their relationship with te reo Māori, and their vision for the future of their language. Ka rawe!

Conscious consumers also provide businesses with key insights into what their customers actually care about.
Conscious Consumers were eager to communicate their multi-sided value propositions for the first time in film. We delivered a succinct content Activation well within budget constraints.
As a second installation, we follow the Conscious Consumers journey from the business' point of view.
The choices consumers make do make an impact, and this along with the insights into consumers' values are a massive incentive for businesses to sign on.

Following the success of engaging their demographic to understand what they do and why they do it, we went one step further.
We crafted a treatment re-framing, a simple customer acquisition campaign, into relatable messaging about our shared values.
Now, that's Activation.
Build tacos, not walls.
In conjunction with YBrand, we produced content activations for the Mexicali Fresh campaign, exploring the positive impacts of immigration, diversity and cultural identity.
That all sounds pretty good to us!
